Custom orders & 'Customised items'...

▪ All custom orders and customised items must be paid for upfront and in full before any work is undertaken including sourcing and sampling.

'Ready to ship' items and general shipping policy...

▪ Once I have received your order I will send you a 'convo' with the relevant shipping details. I currently ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays...
-- Orders placed from Friday to Monday inclusive will be shipped on a Tuesday.
-- Orders placed from Tuesday to Thursday inclusive will be shipped on a Friday.

▪ Orders purchased using an e-cheque will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.

▪ UK orders will be shipped standard first class post, unless otherwise requested.

▪ International orders will be shipped standard airmail, unless otherwise requested.

▪ I will obtain a proof of posting receipt for each package shipped.

▪ If you require insurance or extra services please send me a 'conversation' and we can work out the best option for you. Any extra costs are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid for prior to shipping.

▪ I cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.

▪ Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

▪ Please note that shipping costs include packaging costs, time costs and postage costs.

▪ I use recycled and recyclable packaging materials where possible.

:: Currently I only offer a wholesale discount on some of my products. Please contact me for more details.

▪ There is an item in your sold pages that I would like to order, can I do this?
:: Due to the handmade nature of my crochet designs most are one of a kind originals, so the exact item you see in my sold pages is no longer for sale. However I am happy to take custom orders for a similar items, while they will not be identical they will be created with the essence of the original design.

▪ Can I buy patterns for your designs?
:: No, not yet... !

▪ I would like to share your work with my blog / website followers, can I use your images?
:: All images, words and designs in my Etsy shop are my own and copyright protected. I am delighted if you are inspired by what you see and read here, but please do be respectful of all my hard work.
